Himachal Tourism has been divided into four interesting travel circuits.

Z

The Dhauladhar Voyage circuit passes through the shadow of the mighty and majestic snow-clad Dhauladhar ranges, which dominate the beautiful Kangra Valley. Along the way, the route is dotted with flower-filled meadows, temples, tea gardens, and flocks of sheep. Beginning in Delhi, the journey takes you first to Chintpurni, followed by Jwalamukhi, and then Kangra. From there, the path leads to Dalhousie, where the views are simply breathtaking. Next, the circuit reaches Khajjiar, known for its serene beauty, and then proceeds to Chamba. Afterwards, the journey takes you to Dharamsala, famous for its Tibetan culture, and from there, to Chamunda, a place of spiritual significance. Finally, the circuit concludes in Palampur and Jogindernagar, before returning to Delhi.

The Sutlej Voyage Circuit passes through the Shiwalik foothills, weaving its way through apple orchards, forests of pine, oak, and deodar, majestic monuments from the Raj, snow-covered ski slopes, and the furious Sutlej River. Starting in Delhi, the journey first takes you to Rohru, followed by Rampur, where the natural beauty begins to unfold. From there, you continue to Sarahan, known for its tranquil atmosphere and stunning views, before heading to Narkanda and Naldehra, both famous for their scenic landscapes. Next, the circuit reaches Tattapani, a place known for its hot springs, and then moves on to Shimla, where colonial-era charm blends with modern attractions. As you travel further, you visit Kiarighat, offering an ideal spot for nature lovers. In addition, this voyage includes visits to Renuka, with its serene lake, Paonta Sahib, a significant religious site, and Nahan, known for its historical significance. Finally, the circuit concludes back in Delhi, bringing a rich tapestry of nature, history, and culture together.

The Beas Voyage covers the highly picturesque Beas Valley, also known as the Valley of Gods. Along the way, you’ll encounter flower-covered meadows, terraced fields of apple, paddy, and maize, as well as the sparkling Beas River that winds through it all. Starting in Delhi, the journey first takes you to Shimla, followed by Mandi, where the landscape begins to shift into something more mountainous and serene. From there, you continue to Rewalsar, known for its spiritual significance, before reaching Kullu and Manali, popular for their scenic beauty and adventure sports. Next, the route takes you to Rohtang, offering breathtaking views, and then to Nagar, before moving on to Manikaran, renowned for its hot springs and temples. Finally, the circuit concludes back in Delhi. For those seeking a longer adventure, one can also continue towards Leh, crossing the Baralacha Pass, and experience more of the Himalayan beauty.

The Tribal Voyage Circuit passes through a spectacular terrain of river valleys, cold desert mountains, high passes, snow-capped peaks, icy lakes, and mighty glaciers—an exotic tribal country, dotted with monasteries. Starting in Delhi, the journey first takes you to Shimla, followed by Narkanda and Hatkoti, where the adventure begins to unfold. From there, you continue to Sarahan, a serene town nestled in the mountains, and then onward to the breathtaking landscapes of Sangla and Kalpa. Next, the path leads to Pooh and Nako, both offering glimpses of the traditional tribal life. As you travel further, you reach Tabo, famous for its ancient monasteries, followed by Dhankar, where spectacular views await. From Dhankar, the circuit moves to Kaza and Losar, before reaching Kunzam and Koksar, each providing an opportunity to experience the rugged beauty of the high mountains. Continuing on, the journey takes you through Sissu, Keylong, and Udaipur, all known for their peaceful, isolated charm. Later, you arrive at Trilokpur, then head towards Rohtang Pass, which offers incredible views. Finally, the circuit concludes in Manali before returning to Delhi.
